Dionicia Ramos manages all aspects of the Center's activities and daily operations. She is responsible for grant writing and reporting and serves as a liaison between the campus community and scholars/institutions throughout Latin America. Dionicia has been with CLAS since earning a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and graduated from Cal State Hayward with a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
